What Happens After Purchase?

After your item arrives, several services become available to you. Free lifetime cleaning keeps your engagement ring, wedding band or other diamond pieces looking brilliant. Resizing adjusts the band if it no longer fits comfortably. You also have the choice to upgrade your piece.

Returns and Warranty Policy

Our returns and warranty policy gives you protection and flexibility after purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. We also offer exchanges if you'd prefer a different style or specification. Every piece comes with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects

What's the difference between natural and lab grown diamonds?

Natural diamonds formed underground over millions of years. Lab grown diamonds are created in facilities. Both are chemically the same and are real diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are cheaper but do not have the millions of years of history natural diamonds do.

Delivery depends on your order. Ready-made pieces arrive in 3-5 working days. Custom designs take 2-4 weeks based on your specifications.

Metal bands come in platinum, white gold, yellow gold and rose gold. Platinum is strongest and never fades. White gold needs re-plating every few years. Yellow gold offers classic warmth. Rose gold has a distinctive pink tone from copper content.
